Frequently Asked Questions
Curfew?
We are in the entertainment precinct and are not limited by noise curfews. The departure time is strict as our team have a long packdown and early starts.
Photos on site?
You’re welcome to use our beautiful venue for all your photos. (New Farm Park or Bowen Terrace Outlook). Please note this does take you away from your guests post-ceremony. Taking all your couple portraits and first look shots before the ceremony is a great option and can ease the nerves.
Bar tab?
Yes, a bar tab can be set for any amount and can be as limited or as open as you like. We will check in with your every $1,000.
Vendor Bump In/Out?
Bump-in is from 10:00am and bump-out must be before 11:00am the following day. Any large items remaining that impact service will be disposed of. Smaller items will be kept for 1 week.
Allergies/Dietaries?
We cater to all dietaries and allergies if advised in advance.
Bridal Party?
We are an intimate venue and have not had a wedding with a bridal party. There is no space for a traditional wedding party next to the bride/groom.
Children?
Babies and children are welcome in our venue.
Maximum 40 guests?
We can fit 50 guests but this impacts viewing of the ceremony and space in the courtyard. For maximum comfort we suggest keeping your guest list below 40.
Musician?
There is space for a single acoustic musician in the courtyard.

About Us
The idea was born shortly after the lockdown, Andrea and I spent nearly 3 months of solitude on my family’s property in Beaudesert; building vegetable gardens, cooking on open flame and sometimes doing absolutely nothing. Being given an unexpected amount of time to think about our lives and future, we quickly realised going back to a “normal” lifestyle was not going to happen, and so began the dream.
After a conversation with Mum in August 2020, (one that I started at 19 years old upon realising that hospitality was the best career in the world and refused to let anyone tell me otherwise), we discussed the possibilities, recognised the potential and Rosmarino began to take shape. Head Chef Tommaso Belforti crafts a menu rooted in traditional Italian cooking, enhanced by his Michelin-star background. He adds his own flair and modern take to each dish, creating a unique dining experience
